Core Connection Mini Course contains basic knowledge you can use every day, along with some basic beginner exercises to enable you to get your pelvic floor health moving in the right direction, and for you to feel more confident in your everyday routines. This mini course is for women of all ages, who are looking to understand pelvic floor health better. The content contained will get you started with the basic understanding of how your core works, breathing techniques, and a few basic pelvic floor/core moves. If you are experiencing any common pelvic floor symptoms such as • Leaking or frequent urination • Urgency • Heaviness/bulging/prolapse then this low cost, non-surgical option could work perfectly for you! And of course, if you are a mum who would like to repair their pelvic floor after having children, I'd love to help you to get your pelvic floor in shape to function properly for the future. Before starting a new pelvic floor exercise routine, always make sure to check with your doctor or physical therapist that this is the right option for you.
