"I have been attending social fit for a year now. I was worried about going to a class, I’m uncoordinated, will people laugh at me? But It’s honestly the most amazing environment with the best ladies. I look forward to it every week! I cannot believe the difference a year has made. I feel so much stronger, and fitter. It’s fun, we all have a laugh while exercising. I couldn’t even do one push up when I started, I can now do 10! Not perfect but proud of how far I have come. I find myself picking up heavier weights as times gone on. Iv had challenges along the way, but this is never an issue, PJ ensures she has another option. She’s the best!
