Moving your body is one of the best ways to improve your mood and your health, and that’s what this challenge is all about. No magic. No wizardry. Just 30 days of exercises built for any time and any location, no equipment needed. Start off slowly and then build up your reps, strength, fitness and confidence. Watch the videos, and let's get moving! The challenge consists of 6 different days of exercises targeting the full body. The exercises are repeated each week with progression in reps to push you just a little more. As you move through the challenge you will be able to gauge how your overall fitness is progressing. At any time should you need guidance with any of the exercises please send me a message.
