Service Description
Menopause is a totally natural event experienced by all women to some degree or another. As a holistic menopause coach, my role is to help you understand why and how your body is responding to this hormonal change. I aim to provide you with the tools & skills, knowledge and support to manage your symptoms and return your life to some sort of balance. Each coaching session includes: 30-minute session - 1:1 discussion followed up by a personalised plan specific to your needs with: - a brief explanation of what is going on/what to expect during your current stage in the transition - basic nutrition, exercise and lifestyle recommendations to assist in managing your symptoms - support via email to answer any questions you might have about your plan 60-minute session - 1:1 discussion followed up by a detailed personalised plan specific to your needs with: - an explanation of what is happening, what to expect, symptom management - a full set of resources to help you get started in nutrition, exercise and lifestyle change - a follow up check in and priority support Contact to enquire: PJPerryFITT@outlook.com or book a session via the website now. Cancellation Policy
Upon enquiry your coach will contact you with a questionnaire/agreement/policy for you to read and sign if it is not included in the booking service for you to download. If there are currently no spaces available for coaching, you can be added to a waitlist - please ask.
