Service Description

Mums in Action classes ensure a safe environment for mums to workout alongside their babies with support and motivation provided by a qualified trainer. Joining in with other FITT Mums you can • challenge yourself with more cardiovascular exercise • workout by using various methods of training e.g. circuit training • participate in exercise activities with baby alongside you • shape, strengthen and create a healthy body • build great relationships with the other mums and bubs If you haven't participated in any postpartum exercise yet, good news...you can still participate in FITT Mums. Please note the following applies: - you have been cleared by your pelvic floor physio (if you have seen one) - are at least 8 weeks postpartum - have been cleared by your health care provider if you are seeing one Please note by signing up you are committing to the full eight weeks. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
