Rural FITT - term two 2024

Service Description

Are you a rural girl looking to get fitter as you socialise? Then this class is for you! Bring a friend, or two, or three... Twice a week we get together with a mixed bag of workouts, so you never get bored. Each workout is based on getting fitter with a bit of resistance (not by you!), cardio. and endurance work. What do you bring? A good attitude and lots of laughs. Note: there will be a minimum number of participants required for the bootcamp classes to go ahead. Held in the Riversdale Community Centre, Southland.

Cancellation Policy

Please note cancellation of this package is not available after Rural FITT has started. If classes are cancelled due to lack of participants, you will be refunded minus an administration fee for online booking costs.
